In order to buy your tickets, you should first choose the event for which you wish to buy them. Click on 'Order tickets' to view all available tickets for the event and to order the ones you want.
Step 2. Choose one of the available tickets.
Enter the number of tickets required for each one. The tickets are automatically added to your shopping basket. Now you can choose other tickets, if you want, and add them to your shopping basket.
If you wish to purchase tickets to other events and add them to your shopping basket, just click on 'Buy tickets' in the top left-hand corner of the main menu.
Step 3. Check the contents of your shopping basket and settle up.
Once you have added all the tickets you want to your shopping basket (right-hand column), click on 'Pay now'. You are given an overview of your tickets.
If you want, you can change your order by clicking 'Change my order'.
Step 4. Provide your personal details
If you already have a Timoco account, you can log in at 'My menu' (right-hand column). You are taken to the payment screen.
Do you not have a Timoco account yet? Then click the button 'Create your free Timoco account'.
Step 5. Choose your method of payment
In many cases, you will be able to select per ticket whether you wish to print it out or have it sent to a mobile telephone by sms.
If you select the sms option, you will be charged for the sms amount shown, together with your total amount. For each ticket, choose whether you want to print it out or receive it by sms.
You are given a number of options for payment. Currently, you can choose between iDeal*, MasterCard, VISA, and Paypal.
Choose the desired method of payment and give your agreement with Timoco's General Terms and Conditions.
The total amount due will be shown as soon as you have selected the desired payment method.
Then click on 'Pay now'. You are presented with a popup payment window to settle the payment. Please do not close any browser windows while settling your payment.
Step 6. Make the payment
The payment will be concluded by means of a secure ssl connection in a popup window. Timoco makes use of TripleDeal or iDeal as payment providers for the settlement of all transactions. Enter the payment details required.
After payment, the payment window will be closed automatically and you are returned to the ticket shop, where you are shown the payment status.
Step 7. Check the payment status
On this page, you will see the results of your payment.
If payment was successful, you can press the button 'My tickets' to view your order in your personal order overview.
You can now print out any ticket, or have it sent to a mobile telephone by sms.
